A student night out in Vicenza comes with rather good architecture. From 21 to 31 October 2026, After Uni brings live bands and DJ sets to the outdoor terraces of seven bars in the city's UNESCO listed historic centre. Follow the music from Corso Palladio to Piazza San Lorenzo, discover the local aperitivo scene and enjoy free evening entertainment, with some dates continuing until 11:30 pm.

THE APERITIVO GETS A LIVE SOUNDTRACK

Vicenza's university crowd has acquired a new October ritual. After Uni, meaning after university, is a month of live bands and DJ sets hosted by bars throughout the historic centre, with music starting in the late afternoon and continuing into the evening.

Organised by local bar owners with Confcommercio Vicenza and the City Council, the programme follows the success of 4 Gatti in Piazza, a summer concert series that brought live performances to the city's outdoor café terraces.

The October edition includes Ovosodo Cocktail Bar, Paninaro, Cioccolato, Gran Caffè, Zest, Biasio Centro and Manawa Poke. Although conceived for university students, the events are open to everyone, with free admission.

For visitors exploring Vicenza's historic centre, After Uni offers a chance to join the city's evening social scene, enjoy an Italian aperitivo and discover local bars beyond the usual sightseeing itinerary.
