In Nove, Vicenza, a warehouse full of vintage industrial furniture is opening its doors for an exceptional weekend of antique and design shopping. On 24 and 25 October 2026, Arredi Vintage Industriali welcomes visitors to browse a collection ranging from 1950s scientific laboratory cabinets to twentieth century workshop furniture, old filing drawers, industrial lighting and Italian design pieces.

BEHIND THE WAREHOUSE DOORS

Nove, in Vicenza, is internationally known for its ceramics. But on 24 and 25 October 2026, there is another reason for design lovers to visit.

Arredi Vintage Industriali, a warehouse specialising in vintage furniture, industrial antiques and restored objects, is opening exceptionally on Saturday and Sunday, when it is normally closed. Its catalogue includes a 1950s laboratory cabinet from Officine Galileo, the historic Italian manufacturer of scientific instruments, filing cabinets from 1970s chemistry laboratories, factory workbenches, vintage signs and industrial lighting. Italian design collectors will also recognise pieces by Joe Colombo and Kartell. These are original commercial pieces, available to purchase subject to stock, with histories rooted in laboratories, factories, offices and workshops.

34 YEARS OF EUROPEAN ANTIQUE HUNTING

The collection belongs to Luigi Vettorazzo, who has spent more than 34 years searching for furniture and objects across Italy and European antique markets, from French and Belgian brocantes to auctions in Britain, Germany and the Netherlands. His business also includes furniture restoration, rentals for events and film productions, and international delivery arrangements for purchased pieces.
